All our Luxe soft-play and Castles have the option to add-on gates, slides, Merry-go-round & Personalised vinyl, go to ADD-ONS to have these added or let us know in the description when booking your soft play package and we can get this added for you.
Cancellation Policy
*If cancellation of hireage occurs within 14 days of the events commencing date, the booking total will be held in full with the option of a rescheduled date of hire at an available time, not a refund. *If cancellation of hireage occurs outside of 14 days of the events commencing date, 30% (which is the securing date deposit) will be held in full with the option of a rescheduled date of hire at an available time, or a 70% refund. Not a full refund.
